He is also an experienced content strategist and digital marketer who has worked with a variety of businesses (big & small) to develop customised content, digital & event marketing strategies that build brand awareness, generate leads and enhance customer experience & engagement.

Ritchie’s event career highlights:

  • Developed the broadcast strategy, agenda, and content across APJC countries to enhance the digital experience and engagement of Cisco Live Melbourne 2019. The digital broadcast with 28+ sessions was streamed live across 8 websites and 8 social handles in 14 APJC countries plus translated into 4 languages. It was a huge success - achieving over 2.5 million online views over the 2 days of broadcast.

  • Worked with recognised industry experts, to produce customised training events that help participants enhance their skills and knowledge in content & digital marketing: Content Strategy Workshop, Content Marketing for Government Masterclass, Digital Brand Strategy Workshop and Content Marketing ROI Summit.

  • Managed all marketing (online & offline) for EduTECH 2015 (Southern Hemisphere's largest education congress and ed tech expo), FutureSchools and other education events. 

  • (2004-2008) Co-Founder & Head of Marketing at Liquid Learning Group, a B2B conference company based in Sydney.
